Defective, Incorrect or Missing Item?
Kindly forgive us for this oversight. We are so sorry for any inconvenience caused.
If one of our products arrive damaged, incorrect, or faulty, simply send us an email at beautemagicshop@gmail.com within seven (7) days upon receipt of order, and we will do our best to rectify it!
If seven (7) days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
Sale and Clearance Items
No returns and exchange apply to special offers, clearance offers or sale items.
How do I return an item to you?
Here are two (2) easy ways to return your item:
1. Returns by Mail
- Email beautemagicshop@gmail.com your return request with the following information:
- Order number (input on the subject field (i.e "Order #1007 for Return/Exchange")
- Contact information (name, phone number, email address)
- Name of the item/s purchased
- Reason for return (incorrect/missing item/defective product)
- Include photos or video of the product - Please wait for our email to obtain return authorization and receive further instructions.
- Pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
- Mail your return back to Beautemagic with the following included in the shipment:
- Original Beautemagic Packing Slip
- A note stating reason for return
For items received via our couriers, and if the item is damaged, they will require photos of the inner and outer packaging for an investigation, otherwise no cover will be claimable.
2. Returns to Store Location
Visit any of our Beautemagic by Beautederm stores to return and exchange an item purchased from mybeautemagic.com within seven (7) days of purchase. Please bring the Beautemagic original packing slip with you, and a proof of payment.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow up to seven (7) days for your return to be processed from the day we received your return package. We will notify you via text or email once we have processed your return.
Incomplete or incorrect shipping address
If your item is returned to us due to an incorrectly provided address by you, we can arrange to send out your shipment again. Please note that you will be liable for the re-shipping fee when we send out the item again.

Please note that we do not accept international returns nor do we offer refunds for international purchases.
