BeauteMagic by Beautederm offers multiple shipping options to meet your needs. We cannot guarantee shipping times, but will do our best to deliver your Beaute items as quickly as possible. Please take a minute to review our Delivery and Shipping information to have complete confidence every time you order.

Domestic

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fee starts from:

PHP 120.00/kg via J&T and JRS (nationwide)
PHP 185.00/kg via LBC Express (nationwide)

How long does shipping take?

All in-stock items ship within 24 hours of order receipt and once we confirmed your payment. We ship Monday through Friday and usually same day if order placed by 12 noon.

Please allow an extra day if ordering during a sale/promotion period.

How long will I receive my order?

Parcel delivery times largely vary on your location within the assigned courier network.

3-5 business days for NCR, up to 8 days including weekends and holidays
4-7 business days for major cities outside NCR, up to 9 days including weekends and holidays
6-8 business days for other provincial areas, up to 10 days including weekends and holidays

How do I track my parcel?

All of our local shipment come with tracking included. As soon as your order ships we’ll send you an email with the details including your tracking number. Please ensure that your correct email is entered during checkout.

I haven't received my item. What do I do now?

COVID UPDATE: Our couriers are experiencing delivery delays nationally and internationally.

You will receive tracking details from us as soon as your order has been packed and shipped. You'll be able to use that shipping reference to track your parcel through the courier portal. 

In the very unlikely event that you suspect your parcel to be lost, please get in contact with us. We can assist you and follow up with the courier directly on your behalf.

International

Do you ship international?

Sure we do! We ship to 46 countries from mybeautemagic.com through our partner DHL Express.

Due to shipping regulations, we are unable to ship fragrance internationally.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs for each country vary. The rates are very competitive and the shipping fee depends on weight and location. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

NOTE:
Beautemagic will not be responsible for any additional duties, taxes or levies imposed by your country’s customs office. Please make inquiries with your local importations body and ensure that you are completely familiar with any and all importation fees/taxes and requirements.

How long will I receive my order?

International shipping ETA will depend on your location. If your delivery has not yet arrived, we suggest monitoring your package's updates via DHL Express Tracker.

Please also note that your country customs may hold the package for additional processing, and these times are out of our control.

Deliveries may also take longer if you live in an area that is experiencing an unexpected service delay due to causes such as severe weather, natural disasters, and unscheduled events.
